System design, content direction | 2026 | production | Claude, QuillBot |
OVERVIEW
Content across seven projects was written piece by piece, from a blank page each time. I built a system that turns that volume into reusable building blocks, so the same material can be approved, remixed, and reused across channels without starting over.
PROBLEM
Every piece of copy started from zero
Each script, ad hook, website page, and blog article began from scratch. The team had to find the right message, format it for each channel, and repeat that work across six months.
APPROACH
Teach the system our voice, then let it draft in volume
01 Source librarySix months of work, organized. | 02 AI as formulaPrompts turn ideas into drafts. | 03 Draft in volumeOne message, multiple outputs. |
04 ReusabilityReuse instead of starting over. | 05 Human checksEvery piece gets reviewed. | 06 Audience tuningAdapt copy to each audience. |

WHAT I LEARNED
“AI gives you volume. The system gives you a voice. A person still decides what is good enough to publish.”
